  • The Roundtable Program is an ongoing, facilitated group experience, not a one-time class or short-term course. Participants typically stay in the program long-term because the value compounds over time as the facilitator and group become familiar with each other’s practices, client types, and recurring issues.

There’s no fixed “end date”. Members can continue participating as long as the program remains a good fit for their practice.

  • Most participants remain in the program for the long term. Because the same facilitator leads the group and discussions build on prior context, the program becomes more valuable the longer you’re involved. Some members even seek expanded levels of support for even more access as their practice evolves, goals shift, and needs change.

  • When you join a Roundtable, you’re assigned to a specific facilitator for as long as you stay enrolled. This is intentional, as it creates a comfortable discussion environment, builds trust within the group, and provides the facilitator with ongoing context on the types of issues participants are working through, which tends to deepen the quality of both the discussion and the guidance received.

That said, we also understand that technical needs can evolve. If another group is covering topics that are a better fit for your work, and there is capacity in another group, we’re absolutely open to discussing a switch. Our goal is to strike a balance between continuity and ensuring you get the most value from the program. If you ever feel that your current group isn’t aligning with the issues you’re encountering, please reach out, and we’re happy to discuss options.

  • Participants are encouraged to bring real client questions, technical issues, or practice challenges they’re actively facing.

Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. You may listen quietly or actively engage, depending on your bandwidth in a given month. The more you engage, the more value you’ll get—but there’s no pressure to “perform”.

  • All sessions are recorded and made available to members. If you miss a session, you can watch the recording at your convenience and stay connected to the ongoing discussion.

  • Sessions are online, designed to accommodate your busy schedule.

    • Discussion-based and practitioner-driven

    • Focused on real-world scenarios, not lectures

    • Guided by a facilitator who helps deepen the technical and strategic conversation

This is not a class—it’s collaborative experiences with experts and peers who understand your challenges.

  • Each Roundtable cohort has a dedicated facilitator. This consistency allows technical context and ongoing issues to build over time—resulting in more meaningful guidance and support. You can see the complete list of facilitators above.

  • No. Members are welcome to listen quietly or actively engage. In some sessions, you may have topics to discuss, while in others, you may simply absorb insights from your peers. Both approaches are entirely acceptable, encouraged, and valuable.
